AGM 2018 - Update

Thank you to all of you that attended the AGM on Friday, 30 March 2018.

We apologise to all those that attended on the environment for the meeting.

All three proposals were carried by the meeting:

Proposal 1: Adoption of Accounts

The 2017 Accounts were adopted

Proposal 2: Appointment of Auditors

That Grant Thornton UK LLP be appointed

Proposal 3: Membership Fees and Event Levy 2019

The following changes will be made to the membership fees from 1st January 2019

Individual = £11.00

Junior = £5.00

Club affiliation = £60.00

University Club affiliation = £20.00

No changes were proposed to the event levy
 

Directors

Two Directors Philip Baxter and David Maliphant stood down

Three new Directors were elected: Scott Collier, Ruth Holmes and Andy Robinson

Judith Holt (Chair) presented Philip Baxter and David Maliphant with a certificate and an engraved pen on behalf of British Orienteering.
