| Course description: | A 3km walk on paths using viewing points to look at 3 or 4 flags in the terrain. Competitors may not leave the paths to get closer to the flags. 3 timed controls will use SI. Otherwise competitors are allowed 2 hours to complete the course. There are elite and standard courses at different entry rates. |
