Course description:	Open parkland surrounding East Court House and Ashplats Wood to the east, with views over Ashdown Forest. Extensive path network in the wood, but please be aware there are a lot of tree roots sticking up on most paths. Plenty of undergrowth in areas of woodland, the worst of which has been avoided ! This is a new area, with a 1:4,000 map to sprint specifications. Courses:- sprint 3.1km, Orange 2.5km, Yellow 1.6km
