Senior Competitions
UK Cup
The UK cup is held annually usually between March and June and is a competition for elite men and women orienteers. There are usually 6 to 8 races and the standings are based on a points system.

UK Relay League
The UK Relay League is an inter club competition, based on the men's and women's elite courses at the four main relays held annually, JK Relays, British Relays, Scottish Relays and Harvester. Clubs count their three best finishes.

UK Cities Cup
Orienteering moves from the countryside into the urban jungle for this multi-race series. Athletes will take over the mean streets of some of the biggest and most intricate city street networks and parks in the UK and battle it out to find who can become King and Queen of the Urban Jungle.

Masters Cup
The annual Masters Cup Competition is for all classes men and women 35 plus and will be based on a subset of the scores in the main ranking list. This is based on long and short courses. The events to be included are: BOC, JK, BNOC and Nationals Events.
