UK Masters Cup
Classes
The competition will be based on the five-year age groups for men and women from M/W35. Where an event included in the UKMC uses a different class structure, such as urban events, classes will be disaggregated by five-year age classes for the purpose of the UKMC scoring. Runners will have to run the designated course for their age class in order to be competitive and organisers will need to state this in event pre-entry details.
