Details

Description:	Both trail races (8k & 4k) use footpaths and bridleways around the Dyke, through woodland and across meadows. Some steep slopes will be encountered both up and down the Dyke. Shorts may be worn but please note there may be nettles alongside the woodland paths.

Courses

Course description:	Main trail 8km or shorter 4km trail. These are straight line distances and you may run up to 10k on the longer trail run depending on route taken with the 4km route working out at around 6km actual distance.
