Description:	The format of the event makes it both suitable for both adult beginners and experienced adult orienteers. Juniors may only participate if accompanied by an adult. Walk or run and see how many locations you can find within the one hour time limit. The map is not very technical at this event.

Course description:	A one hour score course, with controls sites worth between 10 and 50 points, mostly, but not exclusively according to how far away they are. You will be given a choice of three answers - mark the correct one when you see the control.
