Description: | The 4th year of the annual Hopeman Gala orienteering competittion. This is the Gala's 40th anniversary and orienteering has become an established and popular part of the week's activities. Planned with the support of Moray's Regional Development Officer, the event offers a high-quality race round this beautiful and friendly seaside town. Although the navigations's no harder that TD3, there are lots of controls and quite a bit of route choice with full electronic timing and results, and a larger competitor pool than you'll find at many "larger" events. It's well worth coming to. |
