| Description: | Standard urban with school grounds, parkland and recreational woodland. Courses have been planned to avoid brambles and nettles so are suitable for competitors wearing shorts and trainers. In some of the “white†wooded areas grass and undergrowth may be thigh deep but is generally clear of any nasties; however some competitors may prefer to wear long socks – this area is visited by all courses except yellow. |
