Parking information: | The entrance to Silton Forest is at grid reference SE 451935, to the north of Over Silton village. The nearest postcode is YO7 2LJ. The event is signed from the start on the minor road after the A19 turn-off for Over Silton at grid reference SE 434940. Please drive carefully through the village on arrival and departure. Parking is along a forest track. Follow signs along the main track to parking and then follow the directions of the parking marshals. Exit will be via the same forest track and no exit will be allowed before 12 noon. Anyone considering bringing a coach or caravan should contact the Organiser in advance. |

Course description: | White, Yellow, Orange, Light Green, Short Green, Green, Blue and Brown. Note: The Orange course has a large crag near a line feature that competitors may be following. The top of this crag will be taped with yellow / black tape. Please make sure that any juniors doing the Orange course are aware of this. Map: 1:10,000 scale. 5m contours. The courses will be overprinted on the maps, which will be printed on waterproof paper. |
