Parking information:	The event will be signposted from the Taffâ€™s Well/Castell Coch exit of the A470 (half a mile north M4 J32). It is less than 5 minutes from the M4 to the parking. Parking is on Heol-Y-Nant, adjacent to the park/playing field. Please do not impede the access of local residents.

Description:	Coaching will be available on the day 10.30 - 11.30 and is open to everyone. Meet at the parking at 10.30. Email Nigel if interested. There are three courses available: Short: 2km Medium, 3km Long 5.4km The long course uses a double sided map which has all paths removed from it.

Courses

Course description:	The area is newly mapped for the event. The map is 1:5,000 with 5m contours and drawn to Sprint specifications.The area consists of a small but mature spruce plantation containing old mining details on the south-eastern slope of the Garth. The forest is very open and visibility and runnability are very good throughout. Small paths can be hard to see on the ground.
