Courses

Course description:Downland, including areas of woodland and scrub. The competition area is mainly along the scarp slope of the South Downs and either side of the Devils Dyke. It is hilly throughout, with runnability ranging from very quick (sheep cropped grassland at the top of the scarp) to quite slow (mainly because of some steep slopes). Fantastic views in all directions on a nice day, but very exposed in bad weather (in which case cagoules may be required)
Colour coded courses:Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue
