| Description: | From A468 (Newport-Caerphilly road) turn off at Lower Machen, go through Draethen towards Rudry. Mature mixec woodland with mining. Coaching will be available between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m. It will be suitable for all, including complete novices. There will be exercises both on and off paths. You will be able to run one of the courses at the event after the training |
