Description:Part of BOK's Local Event series, scoring towards Club Local League and Junior League. Toilets available @ Warmley Forest Park visitor Centre. BOK First Aider in attendance. Warmley Waiting Room café is offering a free hot drink with orders of food over £3.

Courses

Course description:Mainly runnable common land with numerous paths, urban areas for longer courses. White (1.6km), Yellow (2.1km), Orange (3.2km), Light Green (3.5km) and Green (4.6km) Juniors on Green must be shadowed. Courses suitable for beginners – help and advice available on the day. There will be a manned crossing for Orange, Light Green & Green. Always use available crossing points shown on the map, i.e., Underpass or bridges only, at no point cross the ring road. Also beware of cyclists, runners and pedestrians on any cycle path or footpaths.
