Description:	Part of BOK's urban series, run most Wednesday evenings through the spring and early summer. 1:4,000 scale with 5m contours. Map by Oliver and Louise Tonge 2019. (minor updates spring 2021) Waterproof size A3 with courses overprinted. Loose control descriptions will also be available. Newcomers are advised to familiarise themselves with uncrossable features and out of bounds symbols (if in doubt ask registration).

Courses

Course description:	Urban footpaths, residential streets and playing fields. Road shoes suitable. Short (Orange standard) 2.6km, Medium (Green standard) 4.0km, Long (Blue standard) 6.1km Distances as straight line. All courses cross roads. Juniors (under 16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There are courses suitable for beginners; help and advice available on the day.
