| Course description: | Note the slightly later than usual start-times (1030-1120) due to Tilgate parkrun starting at 9am. Mainly runnable woodland and parkland. Note that all courses are staying north of the M23 on this occasion. Note also (for an initial trial period) we are introducing a Short-Green course at SOGS (about 3km) for those who require a shorter technical course than Green (about 4.5km). See SO website nearer the time for more detail of courses lengths |
