Courses

Course description: Forest and parkland with many paths and steep slopes in places. Conditions underfoot are good, but grippy footwear and full leg cover are strongly recommended for safety and comfort. The start and finish areas will be within an easy 200m of the parking. Ashton Court is a public space, please be respectful of other users. This event is ideal for newcomers to the sport, both juniors and adults. If you have any questions on the day, ask one of the team at registration, who will set you on the right track It is highly recommended that newcomers of a primary school age start with the White Course and those of secondary school age try White or Yellow. Remember, you may be used to running the distance of the harder courses, but the navigation also becomes significantly harder
