Last spring Sport England launched a ground breaking four year research study, which aimed to uncover what is truly important to people when participating in sport, and what sports can do to improve their participants satisfaction levels.

As an addition to the JK Festival of Orienteering, the Devon and Cornwall Clubs have organized a couple of extra events in the week following the JK.

Congratulations to Tim Higginbottom of ERYRI and Clare Dallimore of SWOC for their victories in the Welsh Championships staged in Mid Wales on Sunday.

Clubs are now reponsible for uploading results into the British Orienteering website. Therefore if you find any errors in results uploaded during 2010, please contact the club.

British Orienteering is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised administrator to join our newly formed administration team

The final closing date for JK individual entries is Friday 12th March. The Relay team entries close on the 19th March.

At present no club has come forward to host the Peter Palmer Relays in 2010.
