The highlight of todays World Games was Sarah Rollins' 9th place in the womens race. It could have been even better however with Sarah battling it out neck and neck for the bronze medal until the second last control where she lost nearly a minute. Helen Bridle had a solid run to back up her 9th place yesterday with 17th today.
It was an improved performance by Britain's men today, David Brickhill-Jones looked likely to finish in the top 10 before losing time at the spectator control and map turn-over, finally finishing in 15th, while Scott Fraser finished 12th.
Tomorrow will be the exciting mixed relay on the same map as today's middle distance, the British team heads in to the race confident of a strong showing, you can follow all the live action here tomorrow from 7am.
