The Derwent Valley Orienteers Club (DVO) are looking to use the services of a self employed Licensed coach to work in the Chesterfield area.
This is a part time position funded for one year as part of a 3 year project.
The coach will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the planning, running, monitoring and reviewing of the programme for the Chesterfield satellite club.
- Developing and mentoring new level 1 coaches
- Sharing ideas and good practice with other coaches in the project.
- Monitoring participation and membership and reporting back to DVO.
- Working with volunteers to develop the coaching infrastructure for orienteering in the local area.
Salary: £25.00 per hour (based on 5hrs per week for 40 weeks)
