Good luck to the GB athletes competing in the Middle Distance Qualifications today in Knatterudfjellet, Sarpsborg.  Those who do qualify will go on to compete in the Middle Distance event this Friday 16th August 2019.

Both men and women start at 10.00 am with a last finish time of 12.30 pm.

Today also marks the Spectator race and Norgescup Junior Middle Distance.
