Minutes of the 39^th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Date:  Saturday 1^st August 2020 at 17:00

First ever virtual AGM run under the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020.

636 votes were submitted via Mi Voice which represent 8.8% of the voting membership.

Key Outcomes:

• Membership Period for New Members
  The Membership period for new members from 2 August 2020 until 31 December which was approved by the meeting.
• Elections
  
  President
  Sir Chris Bonington CBE was re-appointed as President.
  
  Directors
  Pauline Tryner (SYO) was elected for a two-year term on the Board of Directors.
  Duncan Birtwistle (OD) was elected for a three-year Term on the Board.
  Ruth Beale (SN) was re-elected for a second term on the Board.
• Special mentions were made to:
  Judith Holt on the completion of her third term on the Board of Directors which included a number of different roles including Chair.
  Ed Nicolas, who resigned as Manager of the Senior Team.
  Craig Anthony who is now Chief Executive of British Wrestling.
