The latest victim of the restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is the European Junior and Youth Orienteering Championships 2020, which was scheduled to be held in Salgótarján, Hungary between 24 - 26 April 2021. The main reason for the cancellation of the event is the unpredictability of the current situation – regarding travel, accommodation, requirements for vaccination and onsite COVID testing, etc.
