The British Sprint Championships Weekend, postponed from June 2020, is now provisionally scheduled for the weekend of August 21^st/22^nd 2021.

Although on the British Orienteering fixtures, the Weekend has aprovisional status at the moment.  West Lancashire Borough Council will not give permissions for the events until they are sure that national Covid lockdown arrangements, due to end in June 2021, will allow it.

The Organising and Planning teams are continuing with their work to have everything in place for when those permissions are granted.

It is hoped to have entries provisionally open later this month as long as the 17 May lockdown phase ending goes to plan.
