WMOC 2022

Italy – Puglia – Gargano

Update report from yesterday’s Middle Finals at the World Masters Orienteering Championships held in Italy this week.

No gold medals in yesterday's were won in the Middle distance Finals but some great performances nevertheless in the highly technical karst terrain of Foresta Umbra where errors were often massively punished.

The top six Great Britain performances came from...

  • Martin Ward (5th in M55)
  • Graham Patten (Bronze in M60)
  • Sarah Rollins (Bronze in W45)
  • Alice Bedwell (6th in W60)
  • Alison Simmons (Silver in W65)

Congratulations all!
