Job Opportunity - British Orienteering seeks a Membership Support and Administration Officer

Following the resignation of Liz Goodwin due to personal reasons and we thank her for what she has done and we wish her well with her new role.

British Orienteering has a fantastic opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Member Administration Team based in our offices in Tansley, Nr Matlock.

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player who has exceptional customer service and communication skills

Working in a challenging yet fun team you will coordinate all day-to-day activities of the membership services, whilst working closely with other departments.

In summary, you will:

  • Provide full administration support for the membership function.
  • Handle membership enquiries.
  • Coordinate the renewal process.
  • Coordinate the lapsed process.

We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic and experienced coordinator within a membership support function or similar. You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, manage conflicting deadlines and who has excellent attention to detail.
