As the sport grows we have decided to refresh and restructure our current rules committee.

We are looking for volunteers from all across the orienteering community who are interested in being part of defining the British Orienteering rules.

Individuals on this committee will discuss and shape the competition rules, translating this into clear documentation. They will have big-picture awareness throughout of the impact and relationship with orienteers and club development, and international rules. The committee will engage day-to-day via Teams but volunteers will also be expected to attend meetings. Support in drafting documentation may be required. As part of the recruitment, we will be looking for a rules committee chair.
