Courses
| Course description: | Short qualifier followed by two head-to-head knock-out rounds. Top-18 in men and womens qualifier to progress to knock-out rounds, each with three heats of six. 19+ to race semi-final course at 15 second intervals. Qualifier estimated winning time 8-10 minutes, semi-final and final 5-8 minutes. Entry is open to all, but the event is intended as a race for high performance athletes. Vetting of entrants may be required if the number of registrations is high. Entry fees will be refunded if we cannot accommodate any entrants. Minimum age M/W16.
