| Description: | An urban event to round off the weekend based out of the centre of Bath which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We have permission in principle from the owners of the Recreation Ground in Bath on the banks of the River Avon as our Assembly location, which is right next to the world famous Pulteney Bridge and the Grand Parade. Because of the popularity of this area with shoppers and tourists in the summer, we would probably aim for early start times to avoid difficulties for orienteers already navigating the narrow streets and alleys of Bath, which has a rich Post-Roman, medieval and especially Georgian heritage. |
