Parking information:	Download and First Aid will be parked near All Saints Church and the Start and Finish will be close by. Please park sensitively on local streets and walk to the event centre. Description:	1 hr Score course with 30 controls – total points available 600. Penalty for lateness 1pt per 6 seconds (10 pts per minute). Anyone visiting all controls and finishing within the 1hr time limit will get bonus points at the rate of 1pt per 6 seconds. Please aim to finish as close to the hour as possible and do not continue to score points or try to “get them all” knowing that you’ll be late. This is a night event and we do not want to trigger a search party for someone who is just late of their own accord. Anyone finishing more than 15 minutes late will be at risk of disqualification at organisers discretion. All competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety. ‘No whistle, no go’ will be in force. You need to have a spare light for night events. In the event of bad weather cagoules may be compulsory. Please come prepared.

Course description:	Map: Updated 1:7500 scale map with 5m contours, updated with revised Lidar data in 2025 and updated Spring 2026. Terrain: The woods are beautiful mature woodland, mostly very runnable with some areas of undergrowth. There is a steep slope to the West and North with paths leading up to the plateau at the top. The ground slopes less steeply to the south – but all slopes could be slippery with leaves or mud if there has been heavy rain. Please wear appropriate grippy footwear. There are very deep quarry workings on the map, the large quarry in the north is strictly out of bounds – this will not be taped as the out of bounds area is large and the quarry edge a long way form the start of the out of bounds. The small quarry in the south will be danger taped around the north edge but please stay well clear and be careful if visibility is poor.
