Course description:	Easy – novice juniors 2km Medium – improvers 3.5km Long – 6.5km as the crow flies but expect to run further as you decide which route between checkpoints is the quickest. Easy and Medium courses avoid any road crossings and are suitable for all ages. Under 16’s on the long must be accompanied at all times by an adult. This course crosses busy roads between Llandaff Fields and Thompson Park
