British Orienteering AGM 2017 Proxy Voting – only 2 days left to vote!

With British Orienteering’s 36th Annual General Meeting just around the corner there is only two days left to vote on the following proposals;

1. Adoption of Accounts

2. Appointment of Auditors

In accordance with Article 47.1.5 of the British Orienteering Articles of Association, proxy notices must be delivered to the National Office no later than forty-eight hours before the start of the meeting.

The 36th Annual General meeting will take place after the Jan Kjellstrom Sprint event at 5:00pm in Lecture Room 061 of the Lecture Centre at Brunel University London. The meeting will include a speech from Judith Holt, Chair of British Orienteering, celebrating 50 years of British Orienteering along with the cutting of a celebratory cake.

All individual members of British Orienteering are entitled to vote at the AGM, in person or by proxy, provided they will be 18 years of age or older on the 31st December 2017. Each member has only one vote.

To vote by post, please complete the Proxy Voting Form and post to; Company Secretary, British Orienteering, Scholes Mill, Old Coach Road, Tansley, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 5FY.

To vote by email, the Proxy Voting Form should be completed and then scanned or photographed and emailed to info@britishorienteering.org.uk.
