NSPCC online course - 3 hour course

Introductory elearning for safeguarding children and young people in sport or physical activity

Do you come into contact with children and young people through sport or physical activity?

Whether you’re a sports coach, an official, a paid member of sports staff or a volunteer, it’s important you understand your role and responsibilities in protecting the children you work with.

As the UK’s experts on safeguarding, the NSPCC’s introductory Child protection in sport and physical activity elearning course (previously known as Child protection in sport training) will help you to gain an understanding of your role in protecting children from abuse or harm and what to do when concerns arise.

This course is delivered privately by the NSPCC and is not linked to British Orienteering. There is no Orienteering based content on this course.

Please note, all courses remain valid on your records for a period of three years. After which, they will need to be refreshed.
