Indoor orienteering competition in Sweden!

Bristol Orienteering Klub member, Helen Hanstock competed in the Viken Indoor Competition, held in a school in Sandviken, 100km North of Stockholm. Yes, indoor orienteering!

Over the two races, Helen managed a first and third position, to take the overall win in the Women's Open class.

It was a strong field, including the World Champion and top-ranked Swedish Orienteer, Tove Alexandersson.

Helen is on the top podium, in the first position. The girl in second on the podium is the top-ranked W20 in sprint, Johanna Börjesson Ericsson, and her sister, Jennie Börjesson Ericsson was third overall.

Many congratulations Helen!
