Orienteering has been showcased twice this month on the BBC One Inside / Out Programme throughout the West Midlands and East Midlands.  

The second piece saw a mother and her five children try orienteering in the Super Mover Challenge. 

Hosted by Leicester Orienteering Club the family took part in a free activity as part of the Super Mover Challenge.  The first activity kicking off the family's challenge was ‘Orienteering’ in Coalville Park.

The family found themselves enjoying reading the map and taking part in exercise and having fun in the park.
