Orienteering is not just for the super fit.

Orienteering is not just for the fit and super active elite athletes. The main appeal of orienteering is that it's a very family-orientated sport.

Orienteering is a challenging outdoor adventure sport that exercises both the mind and the body. The aim is to navigate in sequence between control points marked on a unique orienteering map and decide the best route to complete the course in the quickest time.

You can take part in orienteering when you want to.  There are permanent orienteering courses available many on your doorstep or in your local park. These fixed orienteering routes are located across the UK for you try. You simply download a map and just go!

Find out more about how you can get involved by visiting the British Orienteering website: www.britishorienteering.org.uk/goorienteering
