| Course description: | There will be 2 courses. Adults can run the short course but juniors who are not accompanied must run this course. There will also be a long course, that juniors can run if accompanied by an adult. This is for traffic safety reasons and if these juniors wish to run competitively, then the adult must not have a map and must not be running the long course competitively themselves Short – 2.5 km (Beginners and juniors up to M/W 16) Long – 4.6 km (Everyone else and juniors who are accompanied by an 18+) |
