Details

Description:	Juniors, under 16, can run the Novice/Junior and the Middle courses but not the Long due to road crossings. The novice /junior course is about 1.3 km as the crow flies but you will need to run further to complete, with 9 controls and all within the confines of the Roath Park. We would suggest that all novices try this course first before running one of the longer courses. The medium course is about 2.6km long and has 13 controls to visit. This course involves a controlled road crossing into Roath Pleasure Gardens. This will be explained to any junior running this courses on the day. Long The longest course is about 5.0km, direct line and about 14 controls

Course description:	Starts will be open between 6.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Nearest Post Code CF23 5NN.
