| Description: | Cwm Lickey was last used in march 2017. It is comprises a steep sided comb with open moorland. Most of the area will be very runnable in April. Safety - The area is exposed moorland with little shelter from wind or rain / sleet / snow with the potential for poor visibility (low cloud). Please dress appropriately. In the case of poor weather, it is recommended that cagoules are brought to the start in case there is a need to make these compulsory. We will park at West Monmouth School Blaendare Rd, Pontypool NP4 5YG. Note that it is a 1.5km / 15-20 minute walk uphill to the start. |

| Course description: | Registration - Details to be confirmed, likely to be adjacent to the start. Brown Start / Finish – 1.5km / 15-20 minute walk uphill, initially along local roads and then on foot paths. Please take care following the tapes to the start, particularly along the road. Start times 10.45 - 12.30. Courses will close at 14.30. There will be a clothing dump where clothes can be left before starting and collected after competing. |
