| Description: | A very varied area, from fast path running, to good forest and low visibility / slow run but not huge amounts of climb. For those who ran here two years ago, there have been some changes. Courses have been planned to give options for avoiding the majority of the bramble but substantial lower leg cover is recommended for the longer courses. There are many unmapped extraction lanes/ rides of various ages. Most are quite brambly. Only significant knolls have been mapped. On green course and above there are some areas of low visibility / slow run which present a different challenge to the rest of the area. |
