Parking information:	Turn off the Abergavenny to Crickhowell road at the vineyard signpost, up past the vineyard (on your right) and keep going to the National Trust car park. This road is very steep in parts with passing places.

Description:	Mature woodland with some contour detail. The courses will be in the gorgeous old oak wood of St Mary’s Vale along with the adjacent open moorland of the Sugar Loaf. There are some steep slopes. Most of the area will be runnable but there are areas of bracken.

Course description:	The quoted climb on Blue and green can be reduced somewhat with appropriate route choice. Blue – technically difficult and long - 5.5km - 315m climb – 13 controls Green - technically difficult and a bit shorter- 3.6km – 235m climb – 10 controls Orange – includes controls just off paths 3.1km – 105m climb - 8 controls Yellow – all on paths 2.2 km – 60m climb – 8 controls
