|Details:||As well as posting the weekly training run suggestions, we are now also running as socially distanced group runs on Tuesday evenings. Each week we will offer 1 run of approximately 5-6km, so if you can manage a parkrun, you can also manage our short run.
The longer run group will aim to run in the region of 10km each week, with both runs aiming to be back to the finish in approximately 1 hour.
We'll meet at 7pm for a 7.15pm start, although if it looks like we have more than 6 runners we will set groups off early to enable us to stick to the government guidelines.
It would be very helpful if you can let Tommi Grover know if you are wanting to run the short or long run before midday on Tuesday so that we can plan appropriate numbers. |
