Details:	The Start/Finish 'ping' is beyond the NE corner of the Sainsburys car park at the top of steps forming part of the Rea Brook circular walk. (Sainsburys is in Whitecroft Road, Shrewsbury, SY3 7TJ - there are cycle lock ups at the front and a small/hidden parking area around the back of the store). There are 20 controls which are all on obvious ground features - mostly path or road junctions or bends, except: 1: Bridge 8: Bench The Time limit is 45 mins. Around 7 out of the 20 points can be muddy (off road); the rest are on streets. On the rare occasion the Rea Brook looks particularly high and flooded parts of the course won't be passable.
