| Details: | Club Coaching Saturday 29th January at Bridge Wood, Ipswich, IP10 0NZ, from 1pm to 3pm. Meet in the carpark at 1pm We’ll be taking advantage of the contours so you can practice your skills at a gradient! Reasons to come to coaching session 1. Learn new skills and practice old ones without the pressure of competition. 2. Get to know your fellow club members 3. Improve fitness while having fun At each session we offer coach led activities for all abilities to improve your skills and fitness but if you feel this is not for you we can sometimes accommodate self led loops. Dress for weather conditions. Bring Drink/Snack. Use your own compass if possible. All other equipment will be provided. There is no charge for coaching.
