| Parking information: | Use forest car park, small forestry car park, could be tight so park sensibly. How to get there - From junction 34 of M4 follow A4119 north through Llantisant and past Royal Glam Hospital. At second roundabout after Hospital (about a mile) take sharpe left (I will put an O flag or something just after junction) along small lane and follow for about 1km to carpark. |
| Dog rules: | Dogs welcome - keep under control particularly in car park. If your dog has long hair (like mine) you may have to spend hours untangling conifer leaves from coats. |

| Course description: | Forest with path network. Yellow-short easy all on paths 2km - 30m climb Orange - bit more difficult with some controls just off paths - 2.5km - 55m of climb Light green - controls mainly in forest but easier approach on paths than green - 3km and 75m climb Green - as difficult as can make it keeping to mainly runnable areas of forest. 4km and 110m climb. |
