| Description: | Lovely runnable woods at the moment with not much mud, if it rains the hills will be slippery. No toilets, cafes in Tongwynlais and at Castell Coch. Childrens play centre and cafe at Mountain View Ranch. Coaching session prior to event @ 10am |
