Courses
| Course description: | Novice / junior course The novice /junior course is about 1km as the crow flies but you will need to run further to complete, with 10 controls and all within the confines of the Victoria Park. We would suggest that all novices try this course first before running one of the longer courses. All runners under 16 years of age must run this course. Short Park to Park The second course is for runners who are 16 or over and will visit other parks within the locality. The course is about 3km long and has 14 controls to visit. Long Park to Park The longest course is for runners who are 16 or over and will visit other parks in the locality. The course is about 6km, direct line, and will have a reasonable amount of climb. The optimal route is about 10km. |
