Courses
| Course description: | All the courses stay within the park so there are no restrictions on which courses those aged under 16 can compete on for this race. Novice / junior course The novice /junior course is about 1.5km as the crow flies but you will need to run further to complete, and has 10 controls. We would suggest that all novices try this course first before running one of the longer courses. Medium Course The medium course is about 3.5km long and has 14 controls. Long Course The longest course is about 6km, direct line, and will have a reasonable amount of climb. There will be about 18 controls. |
