| Description: | Relay event starting at 5.30pm - area is mixture of parkland, forest and urban estate 5 runners who between them have to do 4 courses 3 times each - total of 12 runs Teams start as soon as ready once you arrive (gets dark by about 7.30pm) Juniors - teams of 3 doing 1 leg each (yellow/yellow/orange standard) Teams start as soon as they arrive and are ready to go |
