| Description: | Due to the Champions League final taking place in Cardiff on 3 June large parts of Pontcanna Fields will be closed from 22 May whilst a large campsite is erected. We have therefore planned the courses to avoid this area, hence the assembly and start will be in Llandaff Fields |

Courses
| Course description: | The novice /junior course is about 1.9 km as the crow flies with 10 controls and all within the confines of the Llandaff Fields. We would suggest that all novices try this course first before running one of the longer courses. The second course is about 3.4km long and has 15 controls to visit. The longest course is about 5.6km, direct line and about 20 controls. As there are no road crossings under 16s can run any course. |
